Did Zion arrive on campus tonight ?

Except he saw us beat South Carolina last week so he knows we have a good football team.
We don't have a good football team and his decision couldn't be influenced by him knowing we have a good football team even if we had one.

But since we have a bad football team, if we had beaten Florida with it last night, and if he had been there to see it, he might easily have gotten caught up in the huge eruption of energy and surprised celebration all over campus for the rest of his visit.

That's BS. UK has a very good football team. You don't waltz into South Carolina and beat them on their home field. Should have beaten Florida too. Learn a little about the game.

We walked into unranked South Carolina and beat them. We have not beaten anyone good yet this year. I have been going to Kentucky football games for 30 years and know all about the game. We are trending up, finally starting to put a package together from all CMS' hard work, we have some excellent talent in places and are looking better only in terms of two-deep talent than we have since before Brooks' last year. But we are not a "good" football team. Certainly not in a way that would attract a recruit with what's behind us. We have the pieces that we could become a good football team as the season progresses.

Hyped basketball atmosphere > hyped football atmosphere for a basketball player.
I guess, but that place was rocking last night. A fan of any sport would have been hyped to the max. Sixty thousand screaming jacked fans waving pom poms is a thing of beauty......and loud as hell.

We lose to #20 Florida by 1 point and we're not a good football team? You're funny.

Don't waste time with worries of Zion going anywhere but Kentucky. The kid has been pro Cal from day 1 and knows the style of play from a Cal coached offense will fit his skillset better than any other in the entire country. Once Quickley made his offical, Zion to Kentucky will happen eventually. The top rated point guard might like the offense Cal uses at Kentucky, but the aint dumb. He knows you better have the talent to work with on the roster if you want to look like one of the best point guards. Without Zion to throw to near the basket, Kentucky's talent level doesn't look as good and might want to consider elsewhere. With Zion to UK, so is he.

Its too bad but obviously doesn't mean much if anything for us. It sucks Zion has a family issue for sure but beyond that whatever.
I have no idea what it means. But I know we will be alright if Calipari signs 1 out of Williamson, Barrett, Johnson. If he signs 2 of them, it's a great class.

Very good football teams don't lose 31 in a row to same opponent
