Diallo projected lottery pick.

Zagoria says Indiana, Brooklyn and Dallas have inquired about Diallo. Dallas has the 9th pick. Indiana the 18th pick, and Brooklyn has picks 22 and 27. BTW, they contacted his AAU coach, not just Cal.

To add intrigue: Kings (8&10), Magic (5, 25) Nets (22,27), Lakers (3,28) & Blazers (15,20,26) all have multiple 1st round picks.

I predict the Blazers may show interest at 26. Tankathon.com has the Nets grabbing Diallo at 27. ahead of Swanigan, Dylan Brooks, Bam, Donovan Mitchell, and Thornwell.

So the last organized game these scouts saw HD in he was a big disappointment... against high schoolers nonetheless.

He played half his senior HS year.

He didnt play a college game.

He's not playing in the 5 on 5.

Are these guys really that great that they can spend a 1st rounder based upon measurables and shoot arounds?

Or is this draft that weak?

If he goes, he is definitely spending time in the D League. And as much as that as helped others... he may get eaten up by grown men desperate to make a roster more so than riding the pine and seeing little action in the league.

Neither will be good for his development, unless he has an awesome will to achieve that he has yet to display on any level.

This. Diallo has shown NO desire to compete where the stakes are high. I'm not convinced that he would take a charge against my little brother. Color me judgemental, but when I look at that kid I see a primadonna who wants all the accolades without the effort. He's been told for so long that he's dynamite.

Im starting to think that Diallo is not even a real person. Has anyone actually ever saw this guy in person?

Draft xpress had him 2nd round.
It looked like the ESPN insider big board had him early 2nd round.

We'll see where it's at in a few days I guess, but right now it seems like we may see him back.

I know thus sounds stupid but I almost think he keeps moving up just to encourage him to stay. I think there's no way anyone takes him until maybe late 1st round at the earliest
