Lately, my breakfast sometimes is the bread below toasted and slathered with peanut butter, cinnamon powder, Nature Nates Organic honey, and a protein milk (chocolate) to chase it down. Lunch sometimes includes this bread with peanut butter and strawberry preserves if I did not have the toasted breakfast. I eat peanut butter with something about 3 times a week or more.

I devote this post to peanut butter, peanut butter, peanut butter.

My favorite recipe is peanut butter & spoon (or butter knife). I think you can figure out the rest. lol

I'm the oldest of 8 kids and I think Mom taught me to make my own sandwich before I turned 4 and I've eaten it most every day since.

I have an emergency stash of more than a dozen jars....maybe a months worth of I hold back. lol Dang it's time to eat.

The last couple years that I worked at Dyno, my breakfast consisted of one tablespoon of peanut butter. I left the house at 5:15, I never got hungry until about 9:30, took my lunch break at 10. My son who is a health nut, worked for the Arizona Diamondbacks, mostly in the minor leagues told me to try my breakfast like that, he said that peanut butter digest real slow in your system.

Dave's bread = awesome. Plan on purchasing again soon.

I walked in, walked the length of it and walked back out. Wasn't for me.
I stopped at Smiths Grove Buc-ee's last summer. Busy and packed. Horrible cell reception. On the other hand, Buc-ee's Fudge = amazing. Kids love it. Heh, grown-ups too. Cuz and I devoured 2 pieces each up on Nolin Lake and we were stuffed.

Good morning folks.

Visiting dad in Kentucky. So, just a quick hello.

Cats could use a win today. I'm nervous about any game in that terrible barn in Nashville.

But I'm taking as a sign that two of my recent visits to Kentucky fell on the day the Cats beat UNC-Cheats last year, and when the Cats beat Gonzaga. I was also nervous about both those games.

Have a good day.

That’s the one I was at too as it’s about 45 mins away. I’m sure I’ll be back. It was just crazy crowded and I’m not a crowd person really.

Good afternoon all,

Been busy, heading to the Quantico Marine Base in a bit to hit the Commissary. Hopefully be back in time for the game....

Heading back to the office regularly starting this Monday. We shall see how things transpire...

Safe travels to you MdW. Hope all is well for you.

GO CATS!!!!!!

I was just watching Cheers re-runs on Pluto when Rebecca Howe was trying to keep Woodie from going to date Kelly because she was the daughter of the Rich man Rebecca wants to get in good graces with. When he was headed for the door Rebecca runs and tackles him from behind and knocks him to the floor. At that same time my wife was walking by and watched it, and I said: "Does that remind you of anything?" She just shook her head and said "yes" and walked off as I laughed.

On our first date, she was so nervous that she was drinking and got a bit inebriated. At one point (after dinner) we were walking and talking in a park called Prairie Dog Park (for obvious reasons) in Lawton OK when she asked me if I wanted to wrestle. I looked at her and asked: "What? Are you crazy?" Then I said "No" turned and continued walking and not long after was hit from behind and we both went to the ground. That pretty much ended the date that night and I thought she was a bit of a loon. The next day she contacted me at work, and asked if we could try that again and she would explain it all to me. She basically said she was nervous and did not know how to approach a man my age (she was 24, I was 40) and the alcohol had her thinking crazy. It worked out obviously as we continued dating a couple of years before getting married.
