Take them up on it...(Won't mention his name.)
Slept with plenty of cows( don’t go there) and woke up just fine. Cars ? Never have tried, but tempted when I saw a refurbished chevy 1970 pickup like I learned to drive on. Would have slept with it in a heartbeat.

Good morning from ATX. Currently 47°F, clear and calm. Expect today's high reaching 80°F. We'll take it.
Returned yesterday afternoon to the grocery store. They seem better stocked on some items, yet missing many others, especially frozen. Looks like a major restocking task.
Wishing happiness and health for all our fellow D-League members.

I was expecting a little x-rated mystique by the end of this story. ☹️While attending college, I worked at a bowling alley. One year during the women's association tournament, there was a 32 lane full house of women. I was working the back running stops. I was climbing around on the top of a pinsetter trying to clear a problem when my foot slipped and I hit my head on a piece of metal at eyebrow level. One bleeds profusely from a cut in that area. I came up front between lanes 16 and 17 with blood everywhere and still flowing. I can still hear all the women screaming, but I couldn't see them. Had a few stiches put in and still have a scar in my eyebrow.
You meam like with all the women throwing their panties at me? I had to use the G rated version. 😁I was expecting a little x-rated mystique by the end of this story. ☹
Same here. The Mrs makes (and loves banana bread) and you're right about Bob Evans. My wife’s banana bread is great.
Bob Evans is pretty good too.
Was about to post the same thing. Not crazy about banana bread but love zucchini bread. And like y’all, my wife does it right. Everyone have a good day hopefully.Same here. The Mrs makes (and loves banana bread) and you're right about Bob Evans.
I'm not real crazy about banana bread (love bananas but not crazy about other things made with them....make sense?). What I do like that she makes...in the same mold as banana bread....is zucchini bread and rhubarb bread.
Getting warmer, sun shining bright, but still plenty of snow....so it's tough on the eyes with the glare.
Hope everyone has a good...no great day.
I would hope that the ones leading the charge for this are the first to call for help and no one shows up.Hope this isn't the case...

'Defund the Police' Experiment Fully Underway In Austin, Texas
While cities like Baltimore and Denver cut police budgets by 3% or 10%, Austin cut its by a third — $150 million.rumble.com

As is always the case, they talk cutting everything except what needs it.I feel bad for Brother Austin cause he's got to live with it.
I'm all for re-evaluating spending. I'm as frugal as could be imagined but knowing the city of Austin as I remember it I cannot think how a cut that deep will do anything but create misery for the "honest" citizens... jmuo
Pretty sympathetic piece for the reallocation of police funds for housing homeless. But expected since it's a Newsy piece. Even though I believe Rumble is a somewhat conservative alternative to YouTube (I think)....I think Newsy is pretty liberal.Hope this isn't the case...

Kind of like the old days of wrestling (maybe still today) where the promoter would pay a wrestler to cut himself on the forehead. I've read where some of those old wrestlers would embed a piece of a razor blade in the tape wrapped around their wrist. More blood = more realistic....or so the story went.....at eyebrow level. One bleeds profusely from a cut in that area.

Yes. He called me a few weeks ago on February 3. We spoke for a bit. Hopefully meet up with him in April during my visit back to KY.
It's currently 52° and sunny, with a high of 54° expected. Tomorrow it's supposed to get up to 59°. What a difference a week makes.
I was thinking the same thing the other day.Look over on the right side of the page and watch the video from Rivals. When the one comes up about Langston Patterson, ask yourself if he doesn't look like a young Patrick Swayze?
Tiger in a pretty bad accident in L.A. In hospital undergoing surgery for leg injuries.
Didn’t know you were having surgery, but best of luck. Pulling for you.I'm not a big Tiger fan, on the golf course, but I am praying for his recovery. He has two little kids that love their Daddy. Well, the spine surgery is on for tomorrow, at 10:00 am. Nothing like what Sawnee has had to undergo, and just glad to be getting it over with. Laminectomy of L3,L4, and L4, L5. Should be able to come home on Thursday am.

Same here. I always thought he was a bit of an ass on the course. All smiles and perfect gentleman when things are going good. Total opposite when they're not. Seemed like a lot of times when he wasn't in the lead on a Sunday that he would just kind of 'pack in' the round...go thru the motions to get it over with.I'm not a big Tiger fan, on the golf course, but I am praying for his recovery. I've never wished bad thoughts for anyone and I hope he makes a full recovery. Maybe I'm selfish because Nicklaus is my all-time favorite so I didn't want Tiger to break his majors record. I certainly didn't want it to happen this way. Jack's record is safe for a very long time, not to mention his 19 2nd place finishes.Same here. I always thought he was a bit of an ass on the course.
