Honestly, I hadn't watched any. Didn't want to get stuck at the alter without the one I really wanted.
Now, as things look better, I watched some highlights.
Big, decent speed, capable of escaping and completing the big pass.
Lots of 50-60 yarders. And standing on the right hash (or to its right), a quick completion to the field sideline on a 20 yard out . . . the hardest pass in football. Think of our pick-sixes the last few seasons.
He looks the part.
His passing motion is not the fastest I've seen; Will Levis was quicker, but Boley has no looping windup, nor does he lower the ball below the shoulder before release. He has a final "whip" on the ball that seems to give it perfect rotation on every pass, and seems to be conscious of putting extra spin on the ball with every pass.
