I obviously have no inside info.
When Wohlabaugh was named the starting tackle coming out of camp and seeing how he struggled that told me Goodwin atleast in the eyes of the coaching staff must not be near ready to play.
As much as we struggled on the O-line should he have atleast been given an opportunity ?
I think the kid went to like three different High Schools, that sais something.
My fear is he goes to L'ville and we start to lose out on Aspiration Gym kids.
Or maybe he just ends up being another kid who was over-rated and washes out.
I hope he stays and works his tail off and does well for us.
Can you imagine how many people are in this kids ear ?
It seems like there have always been whispers that he does not work and has never gotten in shape.
Time will tell
Does Yenser and Scan bear any blame or was the kid just not ready ?
Maybe his handlers do not want to think he bears any blame in it ?

Didn't he get a late start playing football as well? I think at his size he was just able to manhandle other kids in high school and look good on film doing so. Playing in HS and in the SEC are just two very different animals. When he got on campus, he met guys who were his equals and go humbled. He can be very good in time if he puts in the work. I just think he's too raw at this point.

Wasn’t it a known fact his high school did not face good competition? His size originally got him noticed. He was never going to start as a freshman.
