Isn't it great that now we actually have recruits that the powerhouse schools want? Sounds like Stoops and company are doing it right.

Well in this case I believe UF Is going to flip him.
Whatever..it's an opinion and I would rather be realistic than live in a dream world. Reading some of the recruiting analyst he's close to Randy Shannon and there was legitimate concern Arkansas would have flipped him. Now that Shannon has left for Florida and they have offered it's going to be very difficult to keep him. He's a Florida guy and he had been hoping for a Florida offer. Hope we do keep him but I'm not hopeful.Originally posted by JHB4UK:

Stoops has done a remarkable job in 3 recruiting classes of having incredibly few kids flip away from him after committing
Ratings are great, gives you a general idea how your recruiting goes. But if a kid doesn't attend multiple camps associated with the recruiting services their rankings won't be very good. David Pollack was a 3*, Thomas Davis was a 2* and Jennings was a 2*. If a kid can play doesn't matter how many stars he has except for bragging rights on signing day. Hopefully he sticks because Stoops wants him.Originally posted by laxcat#5:

So true. Overall I believe in the star system but there are also a lot of players that do do the camp tours or who have a bad day and end up being 3 star guys. Randall Cobb is our great example. I look at a combination of offer sheets and star ratings. Dinson's best offer was UK. It now appears he has offers from Auburn, UF, and Arkansas.Originally posted by Grumpyolddawg:
