Lol, that's the only explanation. But that itself is another problem.
UK under Stoops is an easy win and hard to understand why the fan base acts like recruiting is important when games like this are constantly lost year after year after year.
This 4th qtr coaching performance was why UK fans weren't too upset with tje possibility of Stoops leaving.
Stoops' only concern with winning just "enough" ... to keep his job. Started the season at 5-0 and finished the season 7-6 ... he and his crew are sad.
Stoops is garbage. Plain and simple. He can't leave soon enough.
Stoops himself is a malpractice. He needs to leave today.
Yeah after 12 years we know what the guy is and his weaknesses.
1. Bad in game coach.
2. No feel for what he’s doing with offensive side of the ball
3. Aversion to aggression on defense.
My younger brother is all excited for next year with who we have coming in. Yeah, I'm not falling for that trap. He will learn one day too.
That short kick was the biggest head scratcher of all the play calling.
Hope he’s an intelligent young man, it shouldn’t take too much Stoops watching to temper his enthusiasm
That but also our tact on fg attempts. Don’t want to get a penalty? Fine. Do a soft rush but don’t have them just stand straight up and down without movement. Our guys raise up and put their hands on their hips then turn and see if it goes through. The kicker gets to feel totally comfortable and doesn’t have to speed up at all. Those field defenses are pitiful.
