While that is probably true, that having 3+ is unlikely. We did carry 3 this year. And it looks like the one next year may be a bit of a project (not 1st year contributor, but maybe I'm wrong on him).

But you can't wait until those 3 announce, you have to pursue when someone enters the portal, probably must assume anyone not 95% returning is not.
