I can’t imagine listening to Dave he rambles for 20 minutes when he should summarize in 5 minutes but can rattle of the njpw title lineage from the inception - I still can’t get over his “office” with all the papers everywhere.

wish I could find it, but back in the day (like 2007) there was a popular clip on the observer message board of someone asking Dave about Magnum TA and then it was just 10 straight minutes of Dave going "well, umm, but ummm, well" It was before everything got put on youtube so I can't find it
The tanking Raw viewership on Netflix continued as last week’s episode set a record low at just 2.6 global viewers over a 7-day period.
I think she is much better as a heel, IMHO.
Also, I am not sure how that arena was mic'd up, but I expected a much louder ovation for her. And it might have been all the position of the mics, but I didn't think it sounded as loud as I expected.
Not sure if it was Fightful or someone else but reportedly she's getting a WWE name and won't be Mariah May.
There's only what 200 people at the NXT tapings so that could be part of it too.
The backtracking of folks calling her "Temu Tiffany" has already started. Enjoyed seeing people called out for it.
All kidding aside I doubt she stays in NXT long and hope she crushes it in WWE.

Yeah. Unless NXT is running in an arena, their home base at the Performance Center is basically the Impact Zone.
She is a lot like Tiffany for sure but there is room for more than one hot Barbie blonde in the business, especially when they can work like those two. Tiffany is more of a natural athlete but May can go as well. I'm curious if Britt Baker will pop up in WWE soon?
She’s 26 so if she doesn’t work out she got a nice deal and can go back to AEW and be a top contender again - by the time her deal is up toni will prob be a tired act and Mone will quit bc she can’t be undefeated for 4 years.

It’s coming off like jilted ex-lover shit from the AEW tribe to me, but I am not chronically online and don’t mess with Reddit much because some of those SquaredCircle people take their wrestling way too seriously and personally for being grown ups, so maybe I just have not seen what you’re alluding to.
It was a basic debut for an NXT talent. It’s not like she was debuting at SummerSlam.
Were they supposed to drop her out of the ceiling and give her a belt immediately or something? She got lights out, spotlight, wave to fans, announcers act like it’s a big deal without saying her ring name. Seems pretty standard to me. It was almost the same as Ricky Starks’ debut but he was in the crowd instead of above it.
Someone like Mariah May shouldn't be getting the same kind of debut as Ricky Saints because she's a much bigger star than Ricky.
Wrestling Reddit in general is a cesspool. Not like NaziX bad but close.
I’m not going to quote him but if anyone watches wwe/nxt they know the cycle - raw/sd just called up a few nxt folks (Steph/rox/jordan/guilia) and a few just came back (Charlotte/becky/alexa) so common sense says let Mariah get used to the wwe style in nxt and shine there while those on the main roster get their feuds going and Mariah will move up there in due time - it’s how wwe does this every year.
Kross and Miz deals are expiring soon - wonder if they are the next in line to depart

Apparently a liv Morgan stalker was arrested outside the pc yesterday - some of these fans man I just don’t know why they do this. I’m guessing if they don’t already some have private security or wwe/tko provides them?

Consensus is Naomi and Knight win on Sat. Naomi needs that extra something and Knight needs a major push. Get him on Raw and pull the trigger in the next year. It's not HHH's style to play hot potato with titles but it can't just be the same 3-4 people for five years.
Someone in Sapp's chat came up with Mariah Monroe. Since the name change is happening, I pray they just go with that.
Don't buy that Miz is next but his career is winding down and he's being booked that way. Since he's 44, do you give him a two year deal? And do what with him until 2027? WWE is nearing a changing of the guard. They'll let guys like Punk and Orton stay until they're 50 because they really draw. Others? I don't know.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they told the Miz to sign a legends or a non-talent deal or kick the bricks. WWE is getting to the point where if you aren’t a top star or a promising young talent then you’re just a line item on the balance sheet to eliminate if you don’t re-sign at a discount.
They aren’t likely going to place any priority on keeping around anyone that doesn’t fit in those two groups. They’ll just plug and play someone from NXT who they can bring up at a discount to fill the spot instead.
And I can’t blame them, they are a publicly traded company, they basically have to place growing profits above all.
