How long til the "east is garbage" narrative ends?

The west has golden state and San Antonio. Two really good teams, that's it.

San Antonio is missing Kawhi and Tony Parker. Utah was missing George Hill and Rudy Gobert and Favors had injuries. Portland had a very hurt Nurkic too. GS has faced two healthy teams in the playoffs during their whole run. It's ridiculous
