Cats come right back in the 3rd with 2 runs courtesy of hits by Barrett, and a stolen base, Kuhn, and a Reed double. Tied at 3 going to top 4.

UK adds a run in the 4th, and 2 more in the 5th, lead EMU 6-3 top of the 6th.

UK leads 9-3 going to the top of the 8th, Chandler Shepherd still pitching for the Cats !

UK defeats EMU by the final score of 9-5, Chandler Shepherd goes a career long 8 innings. Bullpen gives up 2 runs in the top of the 9th to make the final of 9-5.
