Not sure how to feel, Leary was WAY off, and the D was a bit disappointing. First game jitters, but I guess I expected more

BS is getting 1st down after 1st down and we are struggling to get anything when we have the ball..
Our freaking defense has given up about a hundred third down conversions to his kid.

I’m worried about Leary honestly. He’s gonna have to show me a lot more before I think he can lead us in the SEC.
I don't think I'd ever bet a Stoops over.
I take what I said back. I'd bet the over on Louisville games. Stoops loves embarrassing them.
I was under the impression that in non-conference games, they used refs from a conference not affiliated with either team like the Big-10 or the ACC, for instance.
Highlight of the day has been Special Teams. Much MUCH improved.

Offense: B- (We've had some good passes and runs)
Defense: B+ Been ok, lots of let down in the second half minus the goal line stand.

I’ll take it a step further. I think we have an offensive unit that can be good to very good, a defensive unit that can be very good to excellent, and a kicker that can be very solidly reliable.
A lot will depend on how well we clean up our messes, whether we can bring consistent high-quality effort, and whether we can stay healthy.
I think Leary will be fine. OLine settled down and protected well overall. Several drives were stalled because of errors lining up and first game fixables. Leary has great vision and pocket presence. Throws a bit off, but rust should be expected.
