MD Anderson center update.
I have an appointment scheduled for April 4th. They are booked way out but I'm on the list in case something opens up sooner. The oncologist they assigned me has crazy impressive credentials (Harvard med, Johns Hopkins). Lots of published research.
Waiting for them to get results for my genetic testing. If it has one of a few different mutations it would bump me way up the list and improve my odds. But they are generally more optimistic in tone than the local guy has been.
Getting down there and lodging when it happens is gonna be difficult. With a few months head start we should be able to manage most of it but if it ends up being sooner it would be a big challenge.
