It seems like yesterday he was on campus visiting. Then Out of the blue everyone was talking about a mysterious 7 foot Australian on campus. Some posters argues that's not him. He is from New Zealand. Then others said no it's someone else. Come to find out humphries was on campus too . Next thing you know we get a 7 footer plus Tai. That whole couple days was weird

This is February 9. The season will be over in about a month. Wynyard still hasn't been in a game. Humphries is making a push for more playing time, and impressed Calipari in the Florida game. Calipari hasn't given up on Labissiere, so Labissiere will play. So the smart move is to redshirt Wynyard. The assumption that Wynyard won't need 4 years is not based on anything except empty hype. Poythress needed 4 years, Lee obviously needs 4 years, and I hope Calipari won't blow a year of Wynyard's eligibility for a couple weeks of mopup duty. He obviously isn't going to be a difference maker at this point.

He also said Skal had the best couple of days of practice he has had.

Of course with the inconsistent play of Lee and Alex's injuries, along with the guard improvement, he may be thinking we have a run in us and needs to have all possible weapons available.

Tai would need to start obtaining experience now if that is the case.

I could be and probably am totally wrong, who knows?

My sister works for the insurance company that handles the UK players insurance, and Tai called in today and spoke to her to activate his insurance, have seen a couple things on facebook saying he may play tonight, odd timing no doubt.
