anybody that reads my drivel knows I love PER (player efficiency rating) in reference to a players’ worth/production over the entire course of a season.
Basically “good” seems to be 15-18, All-Conference caliber about 18-22, All-American 23+ or so. Best I can tell anyway.
Looks like PER wasn’t a stat until 2010-11 so this doesn’t include Cal’s first team.
