Wagner hasn’t made a 3 since the Georgia game on January 20. What team is going to respect his shot? He cannot finish at the rim because nobody plays him as tight which keeps the D in position to contest him much more at the rim.

Klutch literally has zero control over playing time. This isn't 10-20 years ago when agents had to drop the bag and pay the players. Players get NIL now and agents for college players have almost zero pull. They are simply in place for when the player gets to the NBA and to skim their percentage off the top of the players earnings.

Why people who have zero idea want to continue to push the "Klutch calls the shots" agenda is beyond me.

They have pull in terms of future recruiting. Didnt Cal have to fly out to Los Angeles when rumors were flying about Bradshaw switching to USC? Look I don't know who he meant and most likely neither do you. But the Klutch theory makes just as much sense as any other. I remember Cal making comments about the 2010 team and how he wasnt going to tolerate handlers and parents complaining about lack of PT any more. Maybe it's a problem again.

I think we all would be amazed at the amount of money Cal gets from these groups like Klutch. He says he never makes promises to players, but I bet he makes promises to these groups that make money off the players. We may never know, I am sure he don't want this fanbase to know. Bradshaw needs less than 5 minutes a game and mop up minutes. DJ needs to sit until he gets his head and body healthy. Like someone else said, this team is 3/4 in the season. Cal just needs to sit and watch and let the dogs go.

Yes, Bradshaw is a Klutch kid. Cal said he played Z DESPITE pushback, not because of it. Bradshaw was already losing minutes to Ugo. Now Z is second in line making it likely Bradshaw might not be happy about it. We acknowledge it's just a theory.

I think it's probably perfectly reasonable that if Cal told other coaches he wanted to give big minutes to a guy who's been lost on defense all year long against the #1 offense in the country at least one other coach would at least say "you sure about that?"

Guarantee they have pull. If someone is their client and they can get them similar money from multiple schools, they will push them to the one that benefits them the most. If that school burns bridges by not doing what they promised for the player, I could easily see the agent pushing future players elsewhere.

I watched it, because it came on WKYT after the game. Hadn't turned the channel off after the game was over, and WKYT was already running game highlights with Fred Cowgill.
