1st of all I never said he didn't coach. I never saw Brad Stevens act like a lunatic at Butler. He had wild success there.

All coaches do the, even Stevens. Well maybe not the kiddie coaches and women’s. Some are more expressive than others. Just cause a coach yells doesn’t mean he is gonna go full bob knight or woody Hayes. Just be cause you don’t see it doesn’t mean it isn’t happening . Worst things a coach ever said to me he whispered in my ear. The yelling stuff is mostly motivational and whip cracking.

I hope Ulis stays for the long haul. I’d love to see him stay as an assistant after Cals tenure.

Ulis has such a good knowledge of the game. He will be a great assistant for years to come. No clue if he could be a HC, but you never know.

No, I stated that you implied he wasn’t coaching as a light hearted tongue in cheek reference to him not yelling, screaming and going bonkers. For Cal that’s not coaching. Get your Karen knickers off or Brad would be disappointed in you.
