Rupp has been electric especially the last two seasons. The biggest issue is it has not been a great home court advantage because our defense has been so horrendous the last 5 seasons.
UK can’t get on big runs and let the crowd really intimidate opponents because we give up so many easy baskets. Other teams quiet the crowd so easily.
The fans were wild today just like they were for the Florida/UT/Gonzaga stretch last season, but it had no effect on the other team.
Once we get even an above average D the Rupp advantage will become suffocating.
