I fully belive DJ is injured, but it’s also true that cal is over cautious with injuries and sits guys out 1-2 games longer than he needs to

They don’t get sick or injured more often now, instead it’s just that our standard has changed for what will keep a guy out.
It used to be that players were expected to tough it out and play through the minor stuff. Nowadays seems like they sit out for nearly any little thing.

Same thing I noticed Wednesday when I was at the Florida game. He looks fine, I think uk is being too cautious with is injury
He’s “sick”, DJ has a broken ankle now apparently. I’m sure he will be dunking in practice and warm ups but he won’t play for about 8 games now.
Z is in sweats. But so is Reeves and Sheppard. Both are on the court at warmups. So it’s all a trick. Who knows.

Cal has done nothing but play games like this since 2018. At some point, a spade is a spade. I hit that point during the Shaedon Sharpe era.
Z won't play unless everyone else fouls out anyways. Cal has cut him out other than like 1 to 2 mins a game now.

If you ever watched Happy Days(If you are old enough to remember that show), Ralph NEVER put his uniform on under his warmups because the coach NEVER put him in the game. But all of the players fouled out except for him and 4 others, so when the coach tried to put him in, he couldn't go because he didn't wear his uniform under his warmups.

No doubt, it’s frustrating for sure. I never believed the stuff about Wagner leaving though, that was bs. Honestly I think he has a high or mild ankle sprain but could probably play tonight and on Wednesday but cal didn’t let him
This is just stupid. Coaches do not make these decisions. The medical staff have to clear a player and the coach has no say in it.
With Cal a person never really knows. He kept saying Wheeler was coming back next game last season too.
