Said he talked with him and is having a hard time deciding.Used the term 'confused.' . Biancardi said he expects St. John's to win out, fwiw.
booker you and I don't agree on a ton but on this we can ....I feel like this kid is a Cat and think Briscoe has much to do with it.He saw how he will get him the ball.

Why would he shy away from Kansas b/c Cliff Alexanders mom took a loan out with an agent costing him the rest of the season just a few games after Self said Cliff would start the remainder of the regular season games? Even after the whole debacle he is predicted to be drafted ahead of 3 of the UK players that just declared for the draft. Not seeing the correlation. Big Cliff would be coming back for year two to improve his draft stock----in which he seemed poised to do, had the ncaa not forced his hand. Its ok for guys to stay and develop. If Jojo hadn't progressed so quickly and shot up the draft boards---he was more than willing to be a two year guy to work on his game. Can't see him going to Kansas after the Alexander disaster.

Excellent quoteHere's a good indication of how bizarre this class is.
It's like waiting on Sybil to pick a school.
Remind you of Andrew Wiggins at all? Here's a good indication of how bizarre this class is.
You've got a kid here who's ready to make a decision. Yesterday it's assumed that it's probably down to St. John's and Kentucky. This morning the Kansas people are convinced he's picked them. This afternoon it's Kentucky and Kansas with St. John's definitely out. This evening it might be St. John's.

Does seem like our chances with Diallo took a turn for the better after the JBC.I feel like this kid is a Cat and think Briscoe has much to do with it.He saw how he will get him the ball.
What's the sell with Kansas again?
I'm confused...

All of the reasons of why going to UK would make the most sense. Skal, Cal's preparation for success in the pros, fan support, the need on the team for him, etc.......seems pretty cut and dry to most. Yet, it appears he is looking for a good reason to not come to UK. Am I wrong?Going to Kansas makes zero sense. I think it's between St. Johns and UK with Kentucky winning out
THISUK- has Skal who is a friend and can speak his language, has Briscoe who is from his area, UK has playing time up front, Cal's draft record, UK's fan support and tradition.
St John's-can stay home, assistant Barry Rohrson has a longstanding relationship, has a chance to be a program changer.
Kansas- Self's success with forwards like the Morris twins, Robinson, Rush, Julian Wright, Arthur, etc. Like UK unparalleled tradition and support.
What's the sell with Kansas again?

at acting like Kansas is a bad choice of a program to play basketball for.
