I totally agree. At some point you gotta say look, I’m the head of the household. I mean for real if he allows the grandma to dictate this kind of thing he really won’t do well here. But he’s not that way, he’s a good dude and outs a good image but you should already know, to dominate the college basketball scene there’s a whole other side to him. And it’s that side that Rick Barnes cannot stand the sight of.
So now we’ll go back and forth so he can pretend it’s a really hard decision and he almost couldn’t leave. It’ll be that he changed his mind a few times, hard decision stuff.

Yeah, I don’t think you all understand the way the faith and family component impacts how Coach Drew operates. You’re saying it’s “95-98%” done based on the UK vs Baylor Basketball perspective. Scott Drew is weighing the decision based on a “what’s discerned by my faith and for my family” perspective. He sent his family to see for themselves that they’d be better informed when they prayed about it tonight. And right now, it seems staying outweighs going per what they’ve discerned in prayer as it relates to what is best for them as a family. That can change as they wake up and prayerfully check in again one final time, but it seems right now, they are staying in Waco.
