Higgins claimed there were death threats. You believe the POS and said they can be traced(which we all know). Therefore, half a month later we should have seen some corroborative evidence. Some people should be in jail if Higgins was telling the truth. Unless there weren't death threats...

I'm not sure you understand how this works. The subpoena would have gone out quickly to preserve the audit trail. The analysis would have taken longer. Maybe a week to a month. The decision to prosecute longer still. If they want the guys that did it, those guys will be caught. Lot depends on Higgins and whether he decides to prosecute.

If Higgins presses, I hope they damage the perps as heavily as the law allows. Such filth has no place in our fan base. They are better suited for scummy institutions like UL or NC.
