If he doesn't come here I'd rather he go to Texas than Duke.Losing out to Duke would be one thing but Texas.....
That's exactly what happens. These recruits base their future on ducking with a schools fans. They think nothing about they're futuresIs this some sort of PR stunt ? Im tired of these recruiters jerking us around, leading us on for weeks and weeks leading up to their choice. Remember Boldon did us the same way last year and look how that turned out.
Yep.Let's see: a coin flip to decide one of a young man's most important life decisions, between a football school that rarely sniffs much in the way of post-season action or national TV exposure. Or, the top basketball program of all time that is featured on TV all the time and goes deep in the post-season year after year. Hmmmm...
Why would you be sure the majority of basketball fans would also hate the next level of basketball like you? I would think most would be interested even after their UK years.I hate the NBA. Never watch a single game now. I'm happy for the kids but could care less what teams they play for after UK. I'm sure the majority of UK fans feel the same way.
No offense, but so was Carlton Bragg and look at where he's at now. Kid should clearly be in the NBA & now he's headed to another school.
Bragg was top10 at one point, no doubt about it.
Yes because before Cal got here, UK was winning NCAA titles in basketball left and right. As in 3 since 1958. So you have a great point. If Bamba goes to Texas and we lose Diallo, next year will be... interesting. Oh well, we won the draft title and that's what matters most.
You're not very bright. We're going to win the "draft title" this year with 4 first rounders (Diallo will be a first round pick if he goes) and being the first school with a "none and done" and we'll have nothing to show for it. Will also be great when we're a 5 seed next year and we lose 6 players to the draft, several of whom aren't projected to be first round...
I prefer to keep bringing to the surface your asinine comments.Someone tell @irishcat1965 his dumb comments could've been consolidated into one post

yeah, high school, mocks no way. he is a tweener, not fast enough on the perimeter and not athletic and big for the post. screw him anyway, d bag'er all the way.Maybe in HS rankings at one point, but never top 10 in a NBA mock draft.
In the era of OADs, that is what college basketball's best players have evolved into, 6 month assassins. And I hate that about the system that is now in place , almost rent a player like. Not cool but its reality.
Most did not have much more than a glancing interest in the NBA until they were told to start watching.I hate the NBA. Never watch a single game now. I'm happy for the kids but could care less what teams they play for after UK. I'm sure the majority of UK fans feel the same way.
This is the humorous part of fandom. No one knows any real details, but someone will begin saying a player is not choosing so they can get attention. Then others run with the story and it becomes the truth when in reality it is made up.Is this some sort of PR stunt ? between UK and Texas apparently.
I was nervous the longer this went on the worse it was for UK. Would be a big blow if Cal can't get him.
Maybe not, all I was saying is a lot of people claim that the coaches don't matter. Had he came to Kentucky he would have been drafted in the first round and would be getting paid right now.Bragg was never considered a top 5 pick while he was in HS.
Maybe, maybe not. Other schools are pointing to Gabriel and SKJ and saying just the opposite.Maybe not, all I was saying is a lot of people claim that the coaches don't matter. Had he came to Kentucky he would have been drafted in the first round and would be getting paid right now.
SMH.Green plays with him in another allstar game soon.Maybe he can talk some sense into him.
Don't know how much tucker knows about recruiting. Doesn't seem to get involved much in it. Seems odd he would put that out there to me.A smart person? What does that mean? He doesnt even suggest this person has any deal insight or inside info.
Its literally a guess from a "smart person", whatever that means.
Told you all last week Tucker is a Matt Jones wannabe (both are terrible) but is just taking the main stream route. More proof. This is clearly designed to drive up activity.
In the end, he may well not choose UK. But will have nothing to do with whatever this person supposedly told Tucker.
