POY and All-American in his one year at UK. Not only that, one of the most exciting players to ever put on the blue and white. Very good defensively.

SG Derek Anderson
Seemingly forgotten, but was phenomenal for three-quarters of a season until tearing ACL. Good shooter who excelled on the break. 40% 3-point shooter his last year with the Cats. Outstanding defensive player.

SF Kevin Grevey
Scorer who could shoot from 25-feet. Carried team to Final Four.

PF Dan Issel
Leading scorer in school history. Perhaps the best player in school history. Still.

C Anthony Davis
Most decorated one-and-done player in NCAA history.

Wall wasn't POY but otherwise a very strong team.

Here is my 5, I'm going on talent overall, not just in college. I'll even do backups. BTW, I am just doing players that I have seen, how do I know if Issel is better then Davis? Never seen Issel play.

SF - Jamal Mashburn, my favorite Pitino player
PF - Anthony Davis, 1st consensus POY, and no 1 pick
C - Demarcus Cousins, Brought toughness back to UK

PG - Brandon Knight, Ohio St sweet 16, nuff said
SG - Derek Anderson, that UL dunk alone gets him there
SF - Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, best player not named Davis on the '12 team
PF - Antoine Walker - could have been no 1 pick in 97 had Pitino stayed

Waker is my favorite Cat, but based on talent alone, I'd take Davis at the PF spot instead. I still say my lineup of Wall at the point, Chapman at shooting guard, Mashburn at SF, Davis at PF, and Cousins at center would be impossible to top.
