The concern is STILL the defense. Ask yourself this one single question, and if you answer it with your head instead of your heart you'll realize the predicament that we're in- how many of guys along the front 7 would be getting run at any other SEC schools this season?
My answer- Melvin Lewis would start for some teams. Forrest would possibly start or get meaningful snaps for a few teams. Elam would be in the rotation for some teams. That's it. That's the list.
Until that is fixed (years upon years of really good recruiting), we're gonna struggle to get where we want to be. That's why I hope every remaining scholarship is allocated to the front 7 on D.
