Marrow's quotes are, quite honestly, embarrassing. 'We been knowing each other...', 'Me and him be ...', etc - just sounds uneducated. Maybe that's OK but struck me as disappointing.

Key stated that 'it was time for a change'. Mentioned 3 OCs and QBs in 3 years. But, he's playing at a completely different school with a different OC and QB at NB - how is that any better? Raiola will be better than Calzada, I'd bet, but it's still totally different. Not sure NB season will be much better than UK. Whatever.

Not hard to see the difference.
He keeps his wide receiver coach.
Dylan Raiola is 5 star returning starting qb.
Calzada is newcomer learning new offense in sec after playing at Dianetics and tv repair junior college.
Nebraska won a bowl game last year. We ate hot dogs during the game.
Nebraska has Dana Holgerson at OC. Bush Hamdan.

Not anyone to give Coach Marrow any PR advice, however I would advise him he needs to just shut it down and go to work. He has made is choice, I wouldn't do any interviews heck I wouldn't do a presser. Just put your head down and go to work. It is really obvious that he reads all the comments, his interviews he is trying to make peace with all parties. I find it really out of the loop that he just thinks he can leave for Looeyville and there will be no kick back from the fans.

Don't know what went down but I am wondering if this change might be good for both parties. It is apparent something went awry and change might have been necessary.

Not saying I was happy to see him go, but dang the last three years have been rough! Something needed to happen!
