anyone know where I can find historical point spread info?

Trying to look at performance of several coaches in the final four considering a variety of factors (seeding, number of future pros, etc.). Point spreads on those games would be helpful. I found something that gives point spreads on final four games since 2003, but nothing earlier.

Any ideas?
