I ordered tickets Saturday night to Kentucky's first game of the SEC tournament on Friday. The tickets I ordered are Fedex Delivery. I have the confirmation number on the site and everything looks good but how do I know if/when my tickets are arriving? Anyone who has used this service before please help, this service does NOT charge a service fee and thus, my tickets were a lot cheaper than anywhere else. (I looked).

Never used them-did you connect with their customer service team and ask them the same questions? May be the quickest route.

If you haven't been provided with a FedEx tracking number, then I would contact TickPick customer service.

My experience with them has actually been great.

I would speculate, though, that part of the reason your tickets were cheaper, was due to them being physical tickets and not e-tickets.

People don't want to pay as much to wait on the mail.

good luck and enjoy the tourny

Have you ordered yours via Fedex before? If so, how soon before the game did you get them?

The last time I remember someone sending me tickets via FedEx was 2004.

I was a slow adopter of smart phones (I'm cheap), but now, I am very hesitant to deal in anything other than e-tickets online.

Call customer service. They will help.

I once had them issue me a credit so I could purchase tickets to a baseball play-off game, because the previous seller was dragging his feet sending me the e-tickets. (The credit was to ensure I got the same price I paid previously).

Thanks, I contacted support via email and they replied that they should be in 48 hours before game time (crossing my fingers they get shipped today). I will from now on only use e-ticket.

Good luck man.

You really should be able to obtain a fedex tracking number.

My good friend owns a site called ticket champ. I always order from them. It is a good company and has good customer service. Check it out next time you need tix.

I used TickPick before and had to harass customer service to send me the e-tickets. I would not use again.

The problem with any of these sites is that the third parties selling the tickets, are, for the most part, all listing their tickets on multiple sites at once.

Accordingly, there are occasions when the independent brokers sell their tickets on multiple sites at once, meaning that somebody is not going to get those tickets.

TickPick, StubHub, etc., can't control that. But, they can help you to identify another seller to purchase other tickets from, and they can, if they want, "ding" the seller who didn't send you the tickets.

But, keep in mind, these sites DO NOT send you the tickets themselves. They are intermediaries, who manage a web-site.

As the OP mentioned, TickPick doesn't charge additional fees at the end. So, it's at least nice to know exactly what you are going to pay before you get add-ons at the last minute.

Other than that, I'm not sure that any one of these sites is significantly better than other, but people's perceptions will be framed by their own experience.

My experiences with TickPick have all been good; accordingly, I have no reason to complain.
