So the big cope from Louisville is "aw uhm we're going to a Conference Title game, something you'll never do!!!!" My Louisville friend I went to the game with told me that and said "I mean it's more exciting for us even if it's not a good conference, we at least can play for something!" And I saw online people congratulating the Cards on their appearance in the Little League World Series. It's going to be fun...it'll be like Gonzaga (FSU) and whoever they usually play in their conference title game.
Well congrats to them...they held off powerhouse programs like NC State, Georgia Tech, & Virginia Tech who were the 3 teams behind them in the standings. They now join programs like Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Pitt, Boston College, Duke, and Virginia who have all made the ACC title game.
So everyone congratulate them on being a great mid-major this year. They're probably the best out of teams like Liberty, Air Force, UNLV, and Tulane.
