When told by Pope that we need to get Carr going and that Carr would be starting.
Great attitude. Glad to have Ansley on the team.

I'm hoping they do the 5th year and he returns, would be huge for next year's team.Honestly one of my favorite players on this team, absolutely deadly from 3 and his energy is infectious
I love Almonar’s 3-point shooting. Now, let’s get him rebounding some. Garrison and Almonar with 1 rebound apiece while Chandler gets 5.When told by Pope that we need to get Carr going and that Carr would be starting.

He’s tied for my favorite. Him and 00. I love them all and could say Butler too. Hard to rank but AA is exactly the type dude who is on a winning team. When told by Pope that we need to get Carr going and that Carr would be starting.

I like AA but he might be the worst rebounder in the history of basketball. He will not box out and make little to no effort to go after a ball.I love Almonar’s 3-point shooting. Now, let’s get him rebounding some. Garrison and Almonar with 1 rebound apiece while Chandler gets 5.
Almonar does have a great attitude, Team player.
One Cal-ism worth hanging on to.Servant leadership. I love it!
He’s a limited athlete. I think that’s why he was such a low rank in the portal. But we need shooters with good intangibles, and he’s a solid 8-9 man coming off the bench.I like AA but he might be the worst rebounder in the history of basketball. Hard to rebound when you hang out at the 3 point line, which is where I think we want him. He could be better on the defensive end rebounding though.I like AA but he might be the worst rebounder in the history of basketball. He will not box out and make little to no effort to go after a ball.
The defensive side is my complaint. Just focus on him and watch how he just stands around and doesn't crash the boards or put a body on a man to block out. I get he isn't the most athletic guy on the floor but neither was Oscar but he wanted the ball and would go after it....AA not so much.Hard to rebound when you hang out at the 3 point line, which is where I think we want him. I agree. I feel the entire team could be better at rebounding. I feel like since we aren’t super fast that many of them are already trying to get back in transition so they don’t give up the fast break instead of going for the boards. The defensive side is my complaint. Was thinking when listening to the post game last night these guys are sure easy to like arent they. I"m not sure we've had a total group like this in a long time that all seem to be such gentlemen and good guys. When told by Pope that we need to get Carr going and that Carr would be starting.

Maturity, lately we’ve bad kids with one foot out the door. Was thinking when listening to the post game last night these guys are sure easy to like arent they. I"m not sure we've had a total group like this in a long time that all seem to be such gentlemen and good guys.
This! If he’s your 8th or 9th guy, you’ve got a pretty salty squad. He’s a limited athlete. I think that’s why he was such a low rank in the portal. But we need shooters with good intangibles, and he’s a solid 8-9 man coming off the bench.
We have a few that’s allergic to boxing out and rebounding!I like AA but he might be the worst rebounder in the history of basketball. He will not box out and make little to no effort to go after a ball.
Perfect analogy. Darius came in a highly rated recruit but in a time we were getting even HIGHER rated guys on top of him. He waited 4 years for his time and still came off the bench his last year but never complained and totally embraced it and came into the game like he owned it every time and did his part with confidence. He was a key part of that championship run and parlayed all that into a decent pro career as well.Very nice to hear. MKG-like leadership with the Darius Miller situation in 2012.
