I don't understand how the women's draft works but came across it flipping through. Looks like they have 3 rounds but only 36 picks total.

Seriously though, these girls that play in the WNBA, most go overseas and play for hundreds of thousands, millions for the big stars. It's why the WNBA season is when it is. So they can play in it and overseas because they don't make enough generally to survive on just a WNBA salary.
