We beat the #4 ranked team in the nation on their home court. Without Lamont Butler. We will be alright.
The crybabies don't want to here anything positive. We beat the #4 ranked team in the nation on their home court. Without Lamont Butler. We will be alright.
And we also got unlucky with how Arkansas shot. That’s hoops, man.Let's fact it, that win was fool's gold. If UT had hit 25% of their threes, they beat us easily. Sometimes the ball just doesn't drop. Thankfully, it didn't for them, and I'll gladly take the win. But we got lucky.
That's right, and that was my point. And we also got unlucky with how Arkansas shot. That’s hoops, man.
Very well put. I’ll admit I’ve had to talk myself down off the ledge a little bit after the last couple of games. I will say I do think I’m at the point where I wish moving forward he would keep a defensive minded assistant on staff. The Arkansas loss was and is the shocker. I think many fans, including me, were waiting all season to enjoy the anticipated beat down and proof that Pope for Cal was the greatest logical occurrence. That loss was so bad in a psychological way that the loss to Ole Miss then held more impact. Losing in an away game otherwise might not have caused so much concern. I think we will be decent but have more away losses.
Yeah I think you’re spot on, the Arkansas game and all the media coverage on it has messed with people, I know it has me.The Arkansas loss was and is the shocker. And then proceeded that by losing to our former coach, and a meh ole miss team.
You’re a grown ass adult and these are the type of comebacks you come up with.
