Stupid thing about breaking in to show Judge, MLB is continually blurring the lines between the two leagues.
Judge hitting #62 and calling it anything other than a “Yankees record” is kind of insincere.
Interleague play has existed since 1994. Both leagues use the DH. And beginning next year, every team in MLB will play each other at least once per year.
This is almost like calling Tom Brady’s records “AFL records”.
