So if I’m thinking correctly, there is going to be a brand new track and field facility that UK is funding. This 7.5 Million is to revamp Nutter into a strictly FB facility. Hope there’s more funds than 7.5 million.

They’re taking out the track and making it a full length full width practice field. That’s what needed to be done not build a new facility. That’s what Stoops asked for

There are. Overall, it’s a $30 million project. This is the lead gift.

They will never answer a simple question about the claims they make. They just want to complain and be miserable. No matter what we do it will never be good enough and they will make vague accusations or outright lie and say things like, "Thats nothing compared to what we need to do."
