Both of our coaches for the two major programs are two of the worst coaches in crunch time in both sports. And Kentucky pays out some of the most money for both. Why do we think both are so bad in crunch time

Our roundball coach is equally bad before crunch time. He is simply bad at all times.
He is terrible for most of the game, but in crunch time it’s just highlighted even more
Cal has always been a shitty winning time coach. Incredible how many games we’ve lost as a direct result of his being inept at late game coaching. He NEVER has the right combination of players on the floor in crunch time, either. Just piss poor all the way around.
This is why Cal doesn't like calling late timeouts. Not only does he not know what play to call, but it also allows him to imply the players didn't execute down the stretch. When he calls a timeout he gets exposed like he did tonight.
