2016 and 2017 quarterback prospects

I had a couple questions about Kentucky's 2016 and 2017 prospects. The first is, how do Hoak and Jones compare to Barker in terms of ability? In addition, is Kentucky looking to add any other quarterbacks in the next 2 classes, or are they happy with what they have? Thanks.
