#1 Kansas at #11 WVU tonight. Who ya got?

You guys might be playing KU at the right now. These players are mental midgets and a game like this will probably send them into a tail spin.

I still think your guys and fans will be locked in on that game after what happened last season. I've been worried about this one since it was announced and think that we'll struggle. Lawrence is a tough place to play regardless, but I expect nothing less than one of the more intimidating atmospheres in all of college basketball this season.

WVU took 47 free throws and took 9 more shots from the field than KU did. They have to feel like they bent over and violated with a 2x4

Kansas is the most over-rated & over-seeded team every dang year.

I don't think they're overrated this year. They lost on the road to #11. In most seasons the #1 team struggles in or loses that type of game. Especially in Morgantown. West Virginia fans are pretty ruthless and unhinged.

Their other loss was neutral court to #3.

But the last few seasons I agree. The media has had a love fest with Kansas for some reason when it was pretty obvious to anyone watching they weren't a top 10 team or a legit contender either year.

You're not a great team but no one is this year. No shame in tough conference road losses. Kansas is fine.

Kansas is fine until they play a random 9 seed with a name that starts with a B (Butler, Bradley, Ball State, Belmont, Berea, Boise State, Brescia) in the second round.

I just saw a little of the game near the end and saw the box score a little later and was quite surprised at the difference in the free throws since WVA is a pressing team somewhat like UL.

Which goes to show how you can't just look at FT totals and judge much.

I didn't see the game, and there probably was the usual amount of home cooking going on (maybe more). But I can look at the play-by-play and see that West Virginia shot 14 FT's in the last 2:46 of the game, including 10 in a 1:15 span from 1:44 remaining until there was 29 seconds left. Clearly, Kansas was fouling on purpose, or at least being wildly aggressive, because they were so far behind, and clearly, that helped exaggerate the FT and foul differential.

ESPN couldn't pay me enough for my predictions.

I give my predictions out to the homeless. What do you do for your community, Knee Burns?

I do nothing for my community outside of raising responsible kids. Who root for Kansas :)

That's why I was asking, because I actually predicted that.

Your predictions are amazing. Do you even realize how hard it is for you to correctly call a pick-em game? That's incredible and I don't want you to lose sight of your acheivement

Naaaa. I bet KU is itching for some revenge on the teabagging they were subjected to last year.

Wow, you're amazing. You predicted a pick-em game would go the way it did? You should be on ESPN as an analyst, because that's some incredible stuff.

Willy was trying to be comical, even if he did call it.

You're such an 'effing scrotum sometimes.

The parts of the game I watched I found KU to be soft. A physical team is probably who will knock KU out of the tournament. Of course we are far from physical so I do not like our chances at their place. The one player they cannot afford to lose is Ellis, he is the glue that holds that team together.
