You know though.. Reeves could play zero D for all I care. He's a heck of a smart and craft player on offense. I think his offense has earned his ability to be subpar on defense. We have guys who can't play defense OR offense.
Vegas shouldn't be, they pay enough for the privilege of not being wrong. (Yes, they do...)
Could be up 13 instead of 10 if Cal took the obvious timeout when he should have to get his BEST PLAYERS INTO THE FN GAME. This crap really needs to stop where we sit Dilly and Reed every 1st and every 2nd half to start.

I've been rooting for Edwards but man..it seems like he does nothing well. Just being real.
And we extend the lead (at least early) when Shep and Dilly come in.
Ugonna and Sheppard in and the lead ballons back to 10 thanks to blocking and assisting …… It’s amazing when you play the players that want to play….
Second half proves why it matters who starts.
I think the defense has improved. Rob is getting better and better as an onball defender, Ugo altering shots.
He's Boston/Skal level awful.
We look so much better when we have the players on the court who have earned the opportunity to play. For those who think it doesn't matter who starts, remember how quickly we gave up the 18 point lead playing 4 on 5.
Well he isn’t a true pg lol . He wasn’t even a PG in HS or AAU . I’m not sure why Cal is forcing him to be it here .
When we are collectively pissed off in March and UK is in an early hole because Edwards is still starting and UK is playing 5 on 4 …..
Couple that with the fact that we had to court his ass for months, years even, while he seemingly tried to find elsewhere to play (UofL). Practically had to call in a favor in the 11th hour to secure him as I recall.
I said this earlier. Cal is like a general in the revolutionary war. Line up across from the other team in a big field and best man wins: no coaching or strategy and won’t even put his best army on the court
Im not sold on it mattering who starts the actual game, but starting the 2nd half you should be rolling with the guys playing the best. Edwards is not earning starter minutes playing actual games. Idgaf about practice. Anyone can look good in practice. What do you do when the actual lights come on.
