Halftime show showing a few good defensive plays, but we gave up 38 points in a half to the 233rd Kenpom defense. The defense really is showing zero signs of improvement. If we didn't start 10-12 from 3 this is a close game.
Still Vanderbilt is outhustling us. This team and particularly Edwards stands and watches when the shot goes up. You let the 5'11" guard rebound his own shot because you don't even move until he is jumping for his shot. Too much prima donna in these players still. YOU have to rebound. YOU have to block out defensively.
All this half showed me is Kentucky still can’t guard anybody and is still just as lazy on rebounding. Vandy getting 38 points in a half is embarrassing

Hard to feel good about it because this team does go on scoring droughts and then we are screwed.

Nawh man, the offense is fine, we all know that. But the same issues exist and are still major problems. Vandy should not be getting wide open 3s and offensive rebounds. Vandy got 14-16 more points that they should of because Kentucky got lazy
38 points in 40 possessions. Not a ton at all, pace of play matters you know?
We have yet to turn the corner and it won't happen tonight else this is a 30-point win.

Listening to these idiots you would think we played a good half of defense. It was as bad as any we've played all year Vandy just sucks that bad.

It's 25-14 on rebounds. We've killed them on the boards.
He's awful. Hit a couple of shots as usual, then missed a bunch, and then fouled a three point shooter.
It was clear. You may disagree, and that’s ok. I’m not commenting on how we are beating up a terrible team. Only noting my thoughts that if we were playing a contender we would be in a very tight game due to the following:
- D sucks
- not fighting for rebounds
- not fighting for loose balls
- poor positioning on shot attempts
- mental breakdowns all over the place
Like I said man, just my thoughts. I’m jaded I guess.
He’s a UK player so I want nothing but the best for him but Edwards plays like a 2 star player. He’s legitimately the worst player we have that gets minutes and he was supposedly going to be a top 10 pick

Pace of play definitely factors in to UKs defensive woes. Opponents get more chanes to score but they still are terrible.
They got 3-4 offensive rebounds in the last 5 mins that they should never be getting, and all of them led to points. Agaisnt good teams, those are the plays and reasons why Kentucky has lost to teams like Florida and A&M

Sure they won't score 90 but although our defense stinks limiting the possessions means the other team isn't getting 80 either lol.
Hispanic ref is corrupt and deserves to be put on blast. He screws UK every single game he calls. Who is he? He‘s right up there with Lucky, Roofaree etc….
No…. They prove again how much they hate Cal. Coach has said a few things about guys camping out in the lane and sealing our shot blockers out. That was a big Fu$k you to Cal by the officiating office. Even the announcer said that was the first one he’s seen all year. Funny it’s called on the team whos coach has been complaining about it.
