There will always be the 4. Consistency, talent, and expectations will always be with the 4. UConn deservedly should be knocking on the door especially if they win another title.

other teams come and go for a few years at a time but never sustain elite status.

The blue blood era hasn’t gone anywhere, nor will it.

The portal and NIL has dramatically changed the landscape of college basketball.

I had quit watching pro sports and now they have made college sports pro. Between portal,nil and gambling it has been ruined.

Luckily the fan base of Kentucky is massive. and can put forth a lot of money into the collective.

I don't think it's the schools with the most money....it's the schools that have enough money and the most passionate fan bases/loyal supporters.

I guess we are about to find out. The new La Familia collective for basketball goes live on Thursday.

This article says UK managed to raise over 7M last year. Be interesting to see what they can do with a collective.
