Companies who don't pay benefits up front each year

Yep, I'm with ya. Yeah, I'm a Sales Director these days. Managing roughly 1/4 billion...fun stuff 🤣

Companies who don't pay benefits up front each year

Brother that is awesome....the carryover...we had that when I first started but they nixed it about 5 years ago. Still can carry over a full week so not that bad. We generally take two legit weeks per year of vacation...about 12 working days. I wrap the rest of mine around holidays off, kids...

Companies who don't pay benefits up front each year

Companies are continuing to mess with benefits. You sound like you are in a tough spot though. My company (large tech) sent out a survey early this year which was being driven by a large consulting firm. It was sort of "do you prefer this + this or that + that". Things like unlimited...

    Say something positive about Cal.

He has always been gracious to my kids when we've met him in person. Just taking pics and stuff, he says more than 1-2 words. Asks questions, gives complements and seems to genuinely appreciate putting on his camps for the most part.

He is eligible for this years draft and is not certain to be here next year. Pilgrim has hinted of this all year.

I hope BBN doesn't travel for tourney

Yep, said that earlier too. The bracket Lunardi put out this a.m. looked ideal. Houston, Marquette, Illinois, UK.

I hope BBN doesn't travel for tourney

That is not what I meant. I simply meant our team seems to be better when fewer of our own fans are there. I'm not telling anyone how to spend their money. I'm just hopeful we aren't close to KY when the brackets are announced.

I hope BBN doesn't travel for tourney

Honestly, I hope we are sent out West or as from KY as possible. I know BBN is far and wide but the less fans we have the better for this group IMHO. Our worst performances (with exception of SC game) this year have been in front of our home crowd and in Nashville which was the equivalent of...

Lunardi’s current 4 seeds: Dook, Bama, KU, and Kentucky fwiw

That would be the best draw we could hope for. Houston scored the equivalent of a JV girls team yesterday. Marquette plays exactly how we want to.

    I’m so tired

Sorry to hear that about your daughter. Injuries are tough at a young age. I broke my left wrist- growth plate during freshman year of high school and still bothers me to this day.

Who thinks this tournament will be just like last year's?

I feel like it all about the draw and matchups. We clearly struggle with physical guards and big bodies down low. If we draw teams that like to run we will sleep walk through first two rounds. If we get grinders it will be a challenge. We can beat anyone in field or lose to anyone in field...

    I’m so tired

Agree. Our soccer went well today which really improved my mood. Oldest son (11) is a center back and played awesome today. Team won 9-1 and he had two assists. He was in full shut down mode. Middle kid had two goals in a 2-2 tie. Despite having to be carried off the field once and taking...

Go to the 9:00 mark in 2nd half

I can tell you unequivocally I haven't been as mad as I was in a game since 2017 EE vs UNC. It was the totality of what was occurring...not just the zebras, but the whole situation. Man was I pissed last night. https://kentucky.forums.rivals.com/threads/i%E2%80%99m-so-tired.408850/#post-12721193

22 calls from one ref all against UK?

Called it last night. This guy was shady as hell. Pretty wild he had a better record in games against the spread as an NBA official than Tim Donaghy.
