My posts are more like flyers. You put all your flyers in one place, not as many people see the,. You put a bunch of flyers all over the place, and more people see them. Marketing 101, lassy.
But there's your flyer. There's no reason why we shouldn't. At 6'7, 185#, the kid is a ridiculous athlete, scores the ball pretty well, and is an outstanding defender (averages 2 steals per game as well as those 5 blocks per game during last season), and on the AAU circuit, he's still averaging 2 steals per game. History tells us that we do pretty well with true, athletic small forwards that defend really well.
Doesn't hurt that this guy is a combo forward either. Gives us more ability to go small if necessary, adds some form of depth to the frontcourt, as well as providing for the small forward position.

So no you can't....

Wasn't it reported that NC State got the verbal the same day that Cal offered? Seems to me there is a good chance Cal didn't even know he had given them his verbal.

That's what I would assume.

Cal couldn't reach him to offer as he was visiting NCSU if you believe the story. .. BUT it appears Cal had already decided to offer him before the commit was made so he really DIDN'T go after a committed kid. Hope he comes to UK.
