No, they aren't moving quickly to make him our coach.

Interview process. If Drew is the only one that agrees to interview (I'm pretty confident UK has reached out to offer an interview opportunity to a few coaches), he gets the job offer.

If others accept the invite - namely Hurley - then UK has a decision to make on who gets the offer.

The only way Drew leaves today with this job is if Hurley declines the interview invitation. Even then, I seriously doubt Drew will say yes on the spot. He's got a LOT of family stuff to think through before such a decision.
