In football, the QB is the most important position, like it or not. In the Stoops era, we have completely failed in development of this position. Proper defelopment at that position will lead will lead to consistency and long term success. You can't keep going to Jucos and the portal to find you team leader. You may get lucky occasionally, but more often thatn not, it isn't a recipe for success.
