Cats out of the bag now this team can play defense if it gives the effort
DJ, Edwards, and Dilly drive into easy blocks or turnovers while Reeves drive into the lane and get off shots without getting touched most of the time. He is a special player.

Yeah. But we won’t get this version when Mitchell returns. We will get less Thiero again, which means less offensive rebounds, less momentum dunks, less drives from the 4, less defense, and worse end-of-game free throw shooting.
A segment of people on this board dislike Adou, but he’s a huge part of the win tonight and he needs these kinds of minutes going forward.
Bilas is right. This is something that Cal can use as an example to this guys—you went into a great offense teams home court and shut them down. If there’s a way to build up defensive confidence this should do it.

That 5 point turnaround on back to back bas calls ALMOST changed game momentum.
They tried.
Thiero gives this team a different look. He's physical and athletic. He also isn't afraid to mix it up. Mitchell works best at the 5 flexed out beyond the three point line. Onyenso and Thiero have earned the minutes though.
Auburn was 13-0 at home with avg margin of victory of 22 pts at home...............
You don't have an idea about a lot of things. My guess is that you have plenty of other things to worry about then why I watch the games. However, to make it simple for you to understand, I watch it because I can.
Agreed, especially with this Mitchell as of late. Adou needs the kind of minutes he has had tonight. He is strong, hustles damn near every play, rebounds hard. His toughness can't be understated

To be our best this team needs to play Reed/Rob/Reeves/Thiero/Ugenso together as much as possible. I know Cal doesn’t change up who starts each half, but going forward this needs to be the group we roll with and the others back up as needed.

We can use Tre. But if swap Tre and Thiero in this game, it’s a loss. Simple as that.
This is probably best win any team in the country has. Auburn 4th in Kenpom and 6th in the NET on the road. We need to ride this momentum and keep improving.
