Tennessee is probably paying his lawyers or they are pro bono. I doubt seriously if he is paying for this himself. He was probably approached by lawyers and is just the face of the lawsuit.His lawyer is the only winner in this one. If I were him I'd pull the plug and hold onto what I could.

If successful, it opens the door to sue the NCAA on behalf of all the athletes that were denied playing past 4 years. That’s where the payday is.
