Watching the SEC Preview of Kentucky. Stoops is a major detail person, covering every aspect. He instructs, encourages, compliments, and criticizes, just at the right time.

Easy to see that the kids like him and are responding.

He's a seasoned coach that's been doing this longer then the current players have been alive. He's like an engineer that's been a grease monkey his whole life.

I do really like Stoops. He has an X factor that a lot of coaches in the SEC have, but that many UK coaches have lacked. I think he is the real deal.
