Out of all your head basketball & football coaches in your power-5 conferences, the only other one that could survive a scandal like this would be, Bobby Petrino.... What does that tell you about Tom Jurich and UofL ? .... I mean name me another coach that could survive something like this.
I don't know what good it'll do to fire him.... The NCAA Gene is out of the bottle... Already says they played ineligible players for a period of about four years.... If the appeal process works out deals then the NCAA comes out as "repugnant", as UofL........... But would that surprise? I guess I answered my own post
I think their arrogance and their reaction as "pitiful picked on victims," the appeal, and threat of going to court, is only going to make things worse.
I haven't read all the report, but the parts i read that were posted here and on other sites, makes me believe the ncaa has them wrapped up tighter than dick's hat band.
I just don't see how they could even think of appealing considering what has been proven, and admitted to by ul. all in black and white in the report.

Frankly, I can't believe that the honorable (yeah I believe there are some) UL alumni & fans aren't so embarrassed by hooker gate & the financial shenanigans they are demanding at least Jurich & Pitino's immediate firing.
If this happened at UK I would be expecting & demanding that the coach be long gone. Any thing less a would be unacceptable.

I am good friends with a former morehead football player and his sister has a degree from UL. She went on and on about how embarrassing it is right now for people to even see her diploma. Class of 2009
Just think if Pitino and Jurich would have ponied up just a tiny minuscule bit of their under the table loyalty bonuses and bought Ms Powell's silence all this would have stayed quiet and still a part of their recruiting arsenal.
Well, I tried asking smooth but he didn't have an answer. My gf brandy says she won't give up her career as a stripper when the baby comes in two weeks. As for saying their banner should stay up and they won it fair LOL. That's complete bs. My mission was to troll over there and get a few of them to tell me to get lost or go back to lpt. When we lose anything and a fan of that team tries to come to our board and say good game or best of luck, we tell them to go to hell. I was waiting on all 7 of their fans to tell me how bad I suck or to go to hell and none of them took the bait not even zipp. I tried and had no luck.
lol yes. As for steelers I have never encountered him on the Louisville board, so I don't have a beef with him.....yet. I've only encountered him on the national board where he isn't so high strung and banning people left and right so I have no beef with him yet.

LOL ok. I was just checking. But you're right they seem to completely ignore your posts. I hardly go over there but since the punishments come out I have 3 or 4 times just to read their agony
She might not like that. Its hard enough for her right now.. i told her I'd order a commemorative alumni diploma from UK to hang in place of the UL rag.
