The speculation seems to be that UK would take Cam Johnson and one of Baker and Smith.

Depending on how the numbers work out, I would love to see the Cats get all 3 of these guys.

There is room on the roster for these guys without sacrificing spots for the 5 star talent.

Of course, that is assuming that Johnson/Baker/Smith would all be willing come on board together.

But I think it would be a great foundation for building a veteran presence in the program.

Why do we think Johnson is good? He played on a bad team so he had to play and score. He played well agains UNC. I would understand if he averaged 16-18 but this is KY. You think he's going to play in front of Washington or Vanderbilt?

How about you give me Bamba Knox and one of those 3, and we do this same tango next year. Obviously the best option. Loading up on 3-4* guys is not the best option, actually it's awful

Well Knox is very unlikely to come here.We need guards and these are the best options we have so I don't know what you expect Cal to do.

Not give out scholarships to 3* guards just because this class is a low talent pool. Adding all these players just handicaps how many players we can recruit to guard positions over the next 3-4 years. And next years class is way better than this one so I'd like to see a lot of open scholarship next year. Add those 3 guys and they'll be limited to recruiting 1-3 guys next year as opposed to 4-6

I know the recruiting guys are often wrong but none of them have us as the leader even the UK guys.Seems to be a UNC/Duke fight.
